Gráinne is a mother of three children and a managing director in the technology strategy team at Accenture. She is experienced in effectively delivering large transformation programs at top tier banks. She has over 25 years of experience in running front-to-back programs across divisions at firms such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. She has designed and managed large scale and complex implementations through the entire lifecycle, from design through build, test, and adoption/conversion. Gráinne is currently focused on working across the industry to deliver modern, multi-tenant, platforms that leverage advanced technologies to transform the way capital markets firms deliver value to their clients and to the market more broadly. Alongside her work in digital transformation, she is also focused on the cultural and people aspects of managing change. She is working on the development of frameworks and tools to measure and manage culture as a driver of long term value. This work includes leveraging behavioral science alongside data analytics, combined with deep knowledge of the capital markets. Gráinne is passionate about social justice and gender equity and and she chairs the board of the New York Women's Foundation. Through this work and beyond, she spends significant time focused on helping other women improve their lives.
