Dr Gaby Prinsloo is a medical doctor, executive coach and trainer, passionate about assisting individuals to increase their energy and resilience, and optimise their well-being, thinking and performance.

Over the past 20 years, Gaby has explored all aspects of wellness and performance. In addition to her medical degree and PhD (in stress management and executive performance), she is a qualified coach, hypnotherapist and yoga teacher. She has studied nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, sleep, functional medicine and many other healing modalities, all of which she integrates into a holistic, integrated science-based approach.

Gaby recently moved to London, where she continues to coach at all levels within organizations, develops and facilitates bespoke workshops, lectures at various business schools and speaks at events and conferences.

Gaby believes that health is a state of vibrant energy, passion and joy. She strives to maintain these in her own life and in the lives of those with whom she works. She challenges her clients to rethink what is possible, and empowers and supports them to achieve beyond their dreams.
