Faraz Abbasi

Faraz is a Senior Partner at Centerfield Capital, one of the largest private equity funds in Indiana. We provide mezzanine and equity financing to companies with revenues of $15 - $100 million.

Faraz is also an adjunct professor of finance at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

Faraz is a board chair of Alpha Imaging, Inc. and Direct Marketing Solutions, Inc. and board member of Transcoil, Inc., and Battery Solutions, LLC.

Faraz is a board member of the Young President's Organization's Indiana chapter, board chair of Fairbanks Hospital, Regional President and Board of Governors of the Small Business Investors Alliance and past President of the Venture Club of Indiana.

Prior to joining Centerfield, Faraz was in sales and operations at Praxair Inc. and Rodel, Inc.

Faraz has been recognized as 40 under 40 and Who’s Who in Finance by the Indiana Business Journal. Faraz was also awarded the Best and Brightest by the Junior Achievement of Indiana. Additionally, Faraz holds a patent in semiconductor processing and has published finance and semiconductor industry related papers.
