Falina (Lin)

Ms. Falina (Lin) is an Assistant Director at NTU's Ageing Research Institute for Society and Education (ARISE), with a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing and Business and a Master's degree in Skills and Workforce Development. She has an extensive work experience in various sectors both in Singapore and overseas including working with older adults. Her passion is to motivate and drive others to improve and reskill their talents towards progressive career pathway, with a healthy mindset. Falina is also a certified facilitator with a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
