Erin Steppe

Erin Steppe is the Director of Career Accelerator programs for Texas Executive Education at the McCombs School of Business. Erin received her bachelor’s degree in biology and microbiology from Texas A&M University and her master’s in biological sciences from Clemson University.

Throughout her career she has worked in both education and corporate recruiting, staffing and training. She began her work in higher education at the Extended Campus at The University of Texas at Austin as an Enrollment Coordinator, specializing in technical programs.

Erin has been with Texas Executive Education at McCombs since 2018 serving both as a Sr. Enrollment and Success Coordinator and Operational Director for the Career Accelerator programs that include the 2U technical boot camps and the Health Informatics and Health IT program.

Erin is an instructor in the Health Informatics program and specializes in teaching career and professional development. In her spare time, Erin is an avid adventurer who loves camping, hiking, kayaking and SCUBA diving. She is a certified Texas Master Naturalist and an active volunteer with the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve in Austin.
