University of Technology Sydney
Duncan Rintoul is an Associate of IPPG and Director of Rooftop Social: a research and evaluation firm specialising in facilitation and capacity building. Duncan has over 20 years’ consulting experience across a broad range of policy areas, including education, justice, human services, health and urban affairs. He works with a diverse mix of government agencies and NGOs and teaches executive education programs for both the Australian Evaluation Society (AES) and Australian Market and Social Research Society. Between 2015-19, Duncan initiated and lead evaluation capacity-building projects in the NSW Department of Education.
