I am based in: Amsterdam

I am the Director of Corporate Strategy at ING Bank, where I have supported the CEO in redefining the strategy and positioning of the bank as it emerged from restructuring after the financial crisis.

I consider myself an ''accidental banker,'' having studied political science and journalism, and working as a financial journalist at Bloomberg News before joining ING twelve years ago. My roller-coaster career at ING included leading the Investor Relations team through the global financial crisis from 2008 to 2013.

In my current position, I am exploring the role of technology and its potential to transform established industries and business models. I am also passionate about aligning strategy, culture, and purpose as the key to differentiating a company from its peers.

Born and raised in Canada, I have called Amsterdam home for almost 20 years. Outside of work I am an avid reader, love travel, cooking and pilates.
