The London School of Economics and Political Science

Dario Krpan is a behavioural scientist who was trained at the intersection of social and cognitive psychology at Webster University Vienna (undergraduate) and the University of Cambridge (MPhil and PhD). His main research interest lies in uncovering how human body and various contextual forces can be used to influence and predict human motivation and eventually behaviour. Dario is a proponent of multidisciplinary research and is interested in combining methodologies and theoretical approaches from sciences such as economics and physics with psychology to discover most effective ways of changing human behaviour and measuring the behavioural change. So far, he has published in top psychology journals, such as the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and received research support from organisations such as STICERD, Alexander von Humboldt-Foundation, and the Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts.
