Biography
IE Business School
I am an independent fitness/well-being consultant. I provide individuals and groups the necessary tools and programs to achieve healthy lifestyles through exercise. I design science-based fitness programs with a special focus on injury prevention. I have a passion to always explore and evaluate the latest fitness/health trends. I truly believe in conducting assessments when starting to work with a client or team. This will set the most effective course of action to achieve their goals in a safe, consistent way.
I am always passionate (and amazed) to learn how our brain and body adapt to the demands placed upon them by physical exercise. My training on positional isometrics provides me with the tools to identify individuals’ imbalances from a neuromuscular (kinetic chain) point of view and the capacity to correct them by resetting the connection between working muscles and our brain (intramuscular coordination). It is amazing, for example, how correcting our “posture” can make us feel more confident and happy.
As a group fitness specialist, I know the importance of providing team members with a fun, motivating environment always oriented on advising them into a healthy lifestyle. I believe that working with groups or teams doesn’t limit your ability to relate to and address individual needs that in the end would contribute to everyone’s success.
My experience as a certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist has taught me clients can have very different goals. I can help individuals improve sports performance, manage their weight or simply introduce them to a more active lifestyle.
My expertise in brain training, makes me believe that every individual has the capacity to achieve goals that might appear unreachable as long as you are consistent, patient and passionate about it. The connection between mind, body and spirit is something I always take into consideration when designing a fitness program. Understanding this connection is crucial to optimize results and improve your well-being.
