Stanford Continuing Studies
Carole Kammen has been bringing personal depth work into mainstream arenas since founding Pathways Institute in 1986. Her practical programs and coaching support enhance transformational shifts in both individuals and organizations, and provide roadmaps for effectively leading oneself and others. Among her clients have been McKinsey & Company, DuPont, Amgen, and Accordence, as well as numerous startups, biotech companies, small businesses, and over 38,000 graduates of Pathways Institute courses worldwide. Kammen received an MA in psychology from Norwich University.
