Carla Bombi

Carla’s teaching style combines conversational fun with an in-depth knowledge of grammar. Spanish-born and German-educated, she can teach you Spanish conjugations just as well as German cases – but her main priority in class is to get students talking from day one. Carla studied linguistics in Germany and in the UK before becoming a TELC-certified teacher. A linguist at heart, she writes and proofreads outside the classroom – although you may also find her playing keyboard with “Las Brumas”, a post-rock, dark pop Chilean band based in Berlin.
