Brynn Harrington

Brynn Harrington leads the People Growth team at Facebook, which is focused on talent management, employee engagement, career development, and culture. Prior to joining Facebook, she worked as a strategy consultant, managed programs at a national foundation, and began her career in public relations and corporate communications. She is passionate about building environments and experiences that help people perform at their best while finding meaning in what they do. Brynn completed her B.A. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her M.S. in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University. In her free time, she’s an avid runner, cyclist, writer and traveler.

I lead the People Growth team at Facebook, which focuses on employee experience, employee engagement, performance management, communications, and culture. I am also the HR business partner for the Applied Machine Learning (AML) team, which is driving innovation in AI. Prior to joining Facebook, I consulted with a range of organizations on strategy, communications, and talent after beginning my career in PR and marketing. I’m passionate about people, careers, personal + organizational change, health, sustainability, and the future of work; and I love building environments and experiences that help people perform at their best while finding meaning in what they do.
