Bianca Paoli

Executive Coach

Biography

-

My goal is to support clients in their journey to excellence in all areas of their life, using my experience in the world of economics, finance, and psychology along the way.

After earning my PhD from the London School of Economics, I went on to work at the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as an economist. Although my time monitoring and researching macro indicators and financial markets was very fulfilling, I had a growing desire to work with others at a personal level. I also realized how professionals in my field could use psychological training to unlock undiscovered potential and become even more effective executives, leaders, and people. After completing a master’s in counseling psychology at Columbia university, I decided to follow my true calling to become a helping professional. I now feel great joy in being able to empower my clients to reach the highest levels of excellence, both professionally and personally.

My approach to coaching involves gaining self-awareness, building skills, and enacting change. In addition, gaining emotional mastery – understanding our triggers and how to best respond to them – is often a large part of training. My hope is to not only to inspire clients to fight for their goals, but also endow them with skills that would make this possible.
