Bianca Galeano

Bianca is an experienced professional, having successfully delivered a wide variety of multidisciplinary projects in the water industry over many years. She applies a highly effective framework based approach to all phases of the Project Management life-cycle, from project scoping, development, design, implementation, commissioning and hand-over. Bianca is passionate about the value that successful projects provide to organisations, the development of in-house Project Management competences and the dissemination of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in what is today a core organisational capability.
