Dr. Arnold Farley is a talented and engaging facilitator and speaker on organization development (OD). He has an innate ability to take complex and seemingly unrelated information and make it easily understandable, relevant, and useful. He communicates clearly and effectively, utilizing inspiring personal and interpersonal skills and has the courage to deal with tough situations. His enthusiasm and charisma quickly connect him with people and spurs them to action in their lives. He consistently receives outstanding evaluations for his organization interventions, workshops, training seminars, and for his coaching expertise.

Arnold’s executive coaching for managers and executives provides new ways of thinking, acting and influencing to achieve significant results both personally and in the workplace. He understands clients’ needs and by utilizing various tools and techniques, develops innovative, personalized approaches for leaders to improve self-awareness, leader competencies and gaps in leadership skills. Dr. Farley consistently assists new and proven leaders in enhancing their skill base and achieving their goals through private and short-term coaching services.

Arnold has over 35 years of experience in federal services (US Public Health Service Officer), higher education, and business, including leadership positions at the Food and Drug Administration, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Indian Health Services, Drexel University, and Rehabilitation Planning, Inc. He was recognized for his expertise and leadership skills within all three federal agencies and for developing an Officer Mentorship Program. He speaks and presents frequently on leadership and management topics, resiliency, self-care, humor and conflict, and was honored twice as the “Most Requested” speaker while at Drexel University. Also, while at Drexel, he received accolades as an outstanding Assistant Adjunct Professor. Throughout Arnold’s vast career, he spoke frequently in national venues, such as the National Wellness Conference, USPHS Conferences, and Native American Wellness Conferences.

Academically, Arnold earned his bachelors from Temple University in Philadelphia, his masters from Edinboro University in Edinboro, PA, and his doctorate from Temple University. As a retired USPHS CAPT and an Organization Development consultant, he maintains his psychologist and massage therapist license, is a Reiki Master and a Level 2 Healing Touch practitioner to enhance his mind-body healing work. He enjoys hiking, traveling, kayaking, tennis, exploring, being of service to his community and helping his wife Sandy with gardening in Corrales, New Mexico
