Biography
Harvard DCE
Andrea Kelton-Harris brings more than 30 years of progressive human resources and inclusion experience within health care and higher education. In her current role as Sr. Human Resources Consultant in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) at Harvard University, she provides expert advice and HR leadership to a diverse portfolio of departments.
Additionally, she serves on the FAS Human Resources Diversity Team and in this role, she designed and implemented the FAS Diversity Dialogues which have become a model for staff gatherings focused upon the work of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Andrea is frequently sought after for advice and guidance on developing inclusion strategies and interventions, DEI programming, DEI training and facilitation, both within the FAS and across the University. Her expertise has been instrumental in providing solutions to complex situations. She is a Certified as a Facilitator in Cultural Competence and Managing Unconscious Bias, both by the Cultural Intelligence Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Lesley University and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
