Anabel Pichler

Anabel holds an MS degree in Public Administration. She is the VP of Compensation and Benefits at Armstrong World Industries, where she is responsible for thinking differently about Armstrong’s Total Rewards and developing innovative strategy, design, and communication of worldwide Compensation and Benefits programs. Prior to joining Armstrong, Anabel had enterprise-wide leadership of DuPont’s executive compensation programs. Anabel has over 20 years of experience in Total Rewards and Human Resources, both in consulting and corporate environments, in public companies and privately-held companies.
