Stanford Continuing Studies
With 15+ years of global project experience and a recent Doctorate in Global Business, Alicia is a highly qualified Program Manager/Change Leader. She deploys ICT projects across geographies while optimizing the organization's project portfolio based on contribution to strategy. She also teaches Culture and Business Strategy at Stanford University's Continuing Studies.
Alicia has implemented change programs for clients across the US, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Scandinavia. Her methodology allows all cultures in the project to become productive, and her change management methodology, based on the work of Lewin and Harvard professors Kegan and Lahey, ensures her change programs are successful.
Alicia is also accredited in Organizational Change and Intercultural Management by The Hofstede Centre in Finland, and is a PMP Certified Instructor. Apart from her professional expertise, Alicia is proficient in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
