Background

Clark Hampton holds a Ph.D in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Texas Tech University, and a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of North Texas.  He joined the faculty of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in the fall of 2017.  His primary teaching area is accounting information systems.  In addition to management experience in the hospitality industry, he worked for two years as an internal auditor for the state of Texas.
