Alexandra Marchel

Alexi is a consultant based in Toronto with The Humphrey Group. With a Ph.D documenting the work of Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the legacies of the residential school system, Alexi is dedicated to advancing social justice and human rights through advocacy, community outreach, and delivering transformative education experiences.

Informed by her academic background in theatre and performance studies and extensive experience as an educator, Alexi views leadership as an embodied communication practice. She is driven by a passion for cultivating work environments that inspire avenues for connection, collaboration, and growth.
