Adrian Bompani

During the last ten years Adrian Bompani built up a well-established casual dining restaurant in the Constantia winelands. After matriculating, Adrian worked at the Balalaika Hotel in Sandton and then attended TWR Hotel School. He has also previously worked at Nino’s head office as a regional manager of the group, before moving to Cape Town to run a high-volume outlet. Adrian is currently an Area Manager for Kauai Foods. His experience in the growing industry has taught him the importance of skills development and training, which he has a passion for imparting to others.
