Yomna Sameer is currently an Assistant Professor at the Abu Dhabi University (ADU) in Dubai and the Founder of Flourish Foundation and Positive Consulting. As an expert in innovation, sustainability and positive psychology, and from her management experience in the fields of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy, she helps startups make their dream come true . She earned her Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Commerce, the English section, in 2006, and her Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources and International Business and a thesis with a great focus on positive psychology. Her PhD in Management, from Kassel University in Germany, was about Innovative Behavior and Creativity. Her PhD is an interdisciplinary one that focuses on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Positive Psychology as well as Education and its impact on creativity and well-being. Prof. Yomna has extensive experience in the field of Management Consultancy, whether Strategic Management, Strategic Marketing and Branding, or Strategic Human Resources Management. She is also a trainer and a lecturer with more than 15 years of teaching and research experience at the German University in Cairo and in Berlin and also teaching experience in Germany, where she participated as a lecturer in the International MBA Program at Kassel University.
