Yael’s real-world experience spans 20 years of leading products through PLC, acquisitions, and spin-offs. She takes a customer-focused approach that derives from deep theoretical and practical understanding of the entire product life cycle that reflects the realities of product management. Yael’s broad and deep experience formed through various roles, companies, and industries, including large enterprises such as Lucent Technologies, Avaya, and Oracle, innovative companies such as Sun Microsystems and FICO, and startups such as One Kings Lane and SpaceIQ.Yael serves on the advisory board of YYZ Translations, a leading globalization firm based in Toronto. Yael’s passion for global mentoring and coaching was ignited early on, thanks to her role as the Head Madricha of Tel Aviv University’s Overseas Student Program. Ever since, Yael has been a dedicated mentor and coach to aspiring professionals around the world, while living and working in Canada, China, and both US coasts.
