Biography

I am an executive leader, psychologist, educator, and professor with extensive strategic leadership experience in global higher education. I am highly skilled in overseeing all facets of academic development and delivery, driving continuous partnership management, strategic planning, budget administration, product development, and student outcomes. I also have a proven ability in fostering growth and expansion through improving product offerings to maintain relevance, enhance teaching, and cultivate student success. I am an innovative leader in digital education, online learning, contemporary pedagogies, and inclusive curricula, focused on quality and standards. I am a passionate in championing the transformative power of education, to drive changes in societies and individual lives.

I have significant leadership experience in the private, commercial, international, digital higher education sector, successfully leading online programmes delivered on a large scale. This is in addition to my leadership experience in the UK public sector in research-led Russell Group institutions, as well as in smaller, post-92 institutions with a teaching focus and powerful social missions. In every role I have championed quality, standards, inclusivity, and self-evaluation, as fundamental to every successful learning community.
