Victoria Harrison-Mirauer is the Discipline Lead for Innovation at Ashridge Hult.

Her 20 year career spans marketing, innovation and digital transformation. Vic spent 7 years working in the MENA region first taking a media company digital and latterly as Head of Digital Strategy for Abu Dhabi Motorsports and the F1.

Vic set up the Customer Experience team for innovation consultancy Whatif and has run innovation projects across people, process and new product /service development for global blue chips including: HSBC, Barclays, AOL, Unilever, PepsiCo, GSK, Pfizer, Johnson&Johnson, Lloyds Banking Group, Peugeot Citroen, American Express. She works across the Ashridge portfolio, leads study visits to Silicon Valley and manages Ashridge’s connections to start-up communities across Europe.

Vic is currently studying towards her PHD in human-technology relations.
