This program is suitable for senior managers and executives who are driving intrapreneurial business ventures within their organization, as well as for start-up leaders who are ready to take their venture to the next level.
About the course
For corporate leaders who want to experience the highs and lows of an entrepreneurial journey, build an agile mindset and know what it takes to get ideas over the line.
Now more than ever organizations need to build an entrepreneurial culture where leaders feel empowered to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
This immersive and experiential program is designed so participants will experience a ‘super charged’ version of the intra /entrepreneurial journey and learn about the challenges of making entrepreneurial opportunities happen. It includes interventions from corporate intrapreneurs, social innovation leaders and start-up founders, who will share their experience to accelerate that of participants.
The program will recreate key moments on the intrapreneur’s journey- from bringing around ‘the intransigent skeptic’ to the managing the ‘impatient stakeholder’ wanting to curtail budgets and timeframes.

- Understand the utility of networking into the innovation ecosystem
- Develop a resilient mindset necessary to drive new ideas forward and build an entrepreneurial organizational culture
- Understand that intra /entrepreneurship is as much about mindset as it is about process; for example they will receive critical feedback from ‘customers’ which forces reassessment and begs the agility and adaptive response common to entrepreneurs.
