This program centres around leaders’ ‘innovation plans’ and the innovation issues they would like to address. It is divided into three main parts:
- Rethink strategy and uncover the potential of an organization through innovation.
- How to lead innovation in an organization, and what is required from leaders and their teams to succeed (innovative mindset, culture, and agility)
- Understand how to execute on your plans, including developing more agile and lean processes
