Victoria Fontana, M.A., ACC is a teacher of Contemplative Practices and Mindfulness & Conscious Leadership Coach. She is holds the maximum Certificate of Competency in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) from Bangor University and is a certified Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT) Instructor by Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science.

Victoria holds an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University, Wales, UK and a Certificate in Contemplative Psychotherapy from the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science in New York.

She is also an ICF accredited coach (ACC) and earned her Mindfulness, Wellness and Somatic Coaching certificate through the Mindfulness Coaching School.

Prior to this, she trained as a Mindfulness Consultant at the Escuela Española de Desarrollo Transpersonal, Madrid, Spain, accredited by the European University of Miguel de Cervantes; and as a Meditation Teacher by the Fundación Seresh, Madrid, Spain.

In addition to Mindfulness, Victoria holds a Master’s Degree in Education and currently teaches Leadership, Mindfulness & Compassion, Writing and Spanish at IE University.
