Biography

Recognized as a “Top 100 Visionary” in Education by the Global Forum for Education and Learning (2020), you will find Vicki at the forefront of innovation and strategy in faculty and leadership development. As a faculty member herself and Fulbright Specialist Alumna, her goal is to help faculty members and colleges and universities thrive. She has written over 70 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and invited opinion pieces on the topics of faculty and leadership development. Vicki authored Charting Your Path to Full: A Guide for Women Associate Professors; edited Success After Tenure: Supporting Mid-Career Faculty; and co-authored Developing Faculty in Liberal Arts Colleges. She regularly consults with organizations on faculty and leadership development and serves as an academic coach. Vicki is a professor of Economics & Management at Albion College in Albion, Michigan. Vicki enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their dog. She participates in interval training three days a week and is an avid reader.
