University of San Francisco School of Management
Professor Veronica Pugin teaches international business and has a background in business, economics, and impactful tech. In business, she managed the Latin America expansion for a Silicon Valley financial inclusion tech start-up, consulted Fortune 500 companies on their international operations, led market strategy for a civic tech start-up, founded an impactful media entrepreneurial venture, and developed a model for measuring macroeconomic risk for one of the world's leading tech companies. She has also worked on the role of tech in economic development, consulted the State of California on equity in economic programming, and worked on small business development programs in California and Latin America.
Professor Pugin earned an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics/international relations at Claremont McKenna College. At Stanford's Graduate School of Business, her research was on cross-sector solutions for a more sustainable and equitable capitalism.
