Valérie Mathieu

Valérie Mathieu, holder of a doctorate in management sciences, is an HDR lecturer at the IAE of Aix-Marseille (Aix Marseille University), where she directs the Master of Science in Management and Marketing of Services. She was a visiting research scholar at the Center for Services Leadership at Arizona State University (USA) and a visiting professor at Owen Business School – Vanderbilt University (USA).

She has taught in executive programs internationally, notably at Helsinki University Finland, University Putra Malaysia, Kozminski University Poland. His areas of interest are service strategies in industry, BtoB services, innovation and entrepreneurship.
