Employment Lawyer and Employee Relations professional, who helps businesses and individuals to identify and resolve workplace issues before they result in litigation. Legal advice, provided through an employee relations lens, offers individualized solutions for clients in the four key areas of: Designing human resources policies and employment documents, and building supporting systems; Training workforces on employment law and HR issues; Troubleshooting workplace concerns (including conducting workplace investigations); and Defending charges filed with the EEOC and state and local administrative agencies.

Experienced employment lawyer and HR professional, particularly in the areas of performance management, FMLA/ADA compliance, resolution of harassment and discrimination concerns, and workforce training. Partner with business stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR policies and systems at global, regional, and local levels. Developed, revised, and/or advised on interpretation of hundreds of policies for clients, and their corollary legal obligations.

Admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, and registered with the federal System for Award Management as a woman-owned small business.
