Research interests

My key aim is to help students achieve higher order learning outcomes, enhanced transferable and lifelong learning skills, enhanced employability, and a greater sense of academic community. My research interests focus on asset pricing, market liquidity, and accounting education. I earned my BSc Economics and Management Science (First Class Honours), and MSc International Banking and Financial Studies (Distinction) from University of Southampton. I obtained my doctoral degree in Finance from the University of Nottingham with a fully funded scholarship. I am deeply committed to effective teaching and mentorship. Before joining the University of Bath, I taught Accounting and Finance courses, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, for Kaplan and the Nottingham University Business School between 2010 - 2017
