As a leader of IT Operations department in Mercator I'm leading three deferent areas – Internal digitalization, SAP team and Help desk team. I'm also a product owner of our employee experience platform - mi.Mercator and leader of a team who create Digital employee experience.

My main responsabilities include:

• Managing the IT Operations teams, including 3 direct reports , providing motivational leadership, support and guidance necessary to forge a highly productive, well respected team
• Leading internal digitalization strategy and build Digital employee experience
• Leading SAP projects and build strategy for SAP Hana migration
• Demonstrating business and financial acumen, ensuring the effective deployment of resources in order to deliver exceptional business results
• Resolving Help desk escalations
• Negotiating vendors contracts
• Overseeing upgrades and instalations
