Biography

University of Technology Sydney

Tina launched her leased executive consultancy after commencing her MBA at Waikato University and led the "Plenty of Innovation" programme at Enterprise Angels. She has promoted applied learning as a university guest lecturer–practitioner, which included involvement in summer student incubators and various business case studies. She believes we have a duty to actively support capability development for the next generation.

In her various executive and governance roles, Tina has worked primarily in horticulture technology in areas such as autonomous robotics, supply chain, image sensors and hydroponics. Currently, she serves on a mix of for-profit and not-for-profit boards to experience the governance continuum, while commencing her PhD pathway as part of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship. Her transdisciplinary career approach enables her to also support local community initiatives, fostering engagement and collaboration.
