Terry is a seasoned corporate leader with 20 years experience in large organizations like Bell, Rogers and Apple, both in Western Canada and in Ontario. His exposure to corporate dynamics, best practices and established processes have made him the go-to person when road-blocks are encountered, the stakes are high and creative solutions are vital.

Having developed top-tier experience in recruitment, staff development, high-performance motivation, performance management, negotiation and strategic planning, Terry has built several strong teams over his career. His track record includes creating a sales environment from an inbound call centre and turning around under-performing teams. Terry advocates a healthy balance of leadership and management, where vision and goal setting are supplemented by attention to detail, consistency and tenacity.

Terry has diverse expertise within several market segments including SMB, Enterprise, Government and consumer groups. He has managed outbound sales, inside sales, call centres and retail, as well as a diversity of vertical markets such as government, oil and gas, healthcare, financial, hi-tech, utilities, legal, law enforcement, insurance and education. Whether selling telecommunications, software, hardware, professional services, insurance or advertising, Terry’s teams have always exceeded targets.

Terry is a graduate of the University of Alberta and has achieved Certifications from Cisco, Research In Motion and Google. His passion for learning is exceeded only by his desire to Mentor, Coach and Inspire. Terry focuses on needs assessment, action planning, and connecting people to solutions that have a strong ROI. He is a goal-focused Business Coach that believes that the greatest reward is realized through the success of others.
