Nanyang Technological University Centre for Professional and Continuing Education
Dr Tay Kian Boon is presently a Senior Lecturer in NTU School of Computer Science and Engineering. He specialises in mathematics and infocomm security, especially cryptography. He graduated with First Class Honours and Masters in Math from NUS, and a PhD in Math from MIT.
After graduation he was Assistant Professor in NUS Math Department for 6 years. Then he worked as a Scientist/Senior Scientist in infocomm security at CSIT for 17 years.
