Biography

Waseda Business School

Professor Takeuchi earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in International Development (specializing in human resource (HR) development) from the Graduate School of International Development, Nagoya University. His research and teaching interests include a wide array of organizational behavior/ HR management issues such as employee motivation and performance management, effective team building and leadership, socialization and careers of employees, and organizational culture and change management. Prior to joining WASEDA Business School in 2012, he held academic appointments at Aoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo University of Science, and Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
