With 20 years of experience in the financial world , Sylvia has spent most of her professional life in international investment banking, holding positions of responsibility leading teams that have led her to live in Paris , Chicago , London, Hong Kong and Madrid. Sylvia has worked for multinational companies such as China Asset Management , BBVA , BNP PARIBAS and CREDIT AGRICOLE as well as creating her own financial management company in Spain.

Sylvia has a degree in Economics and Business Administration (ICADE) , is certified as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and is a member of CFA Spain. Sylvia has lived through the restructuring of the financial sector marked by bank mergers, by the disappearance of leading entities such as Lehman Brothers and by multiple bubbles. The last financial crisis of 2008 led Sylvia to become aware of the importance of having leadership based on values ​​for the success of organizations .. With the aim of contributing to creating value in organizations in a sustainable way and providing a new vision in the development of people and teams in multi-cultural environments, Sylvia decided to put her experience at the service of others and began her training as executive and ontological coach in 2012.

Sylvia has been certified as an ontological coach by The Newfield Network school in Chile and as an executive coach by the Conscious Business program taught by Fred Kofman . Since then, she has worked as a consultant and as a business coach , being a founding partner of the Spanish company Millennial Quest and collaborating with international companies. She currently participates as a trainer in the Conscious Business program taught by Fred Kofman.

Sylvia is trilingual (Spanish, French, English), has two daughters and is passionate about travel, nature and marathon races.

He currently lives between Madrid and Paris.

In addition, Sylvia has been trained in mindfulness and meditation techniques. To do this, she has completed the University of Massachusetts MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program as well as the CCT (Compassion Cultivation Training) program at Stanford University. Sylvia herself will join the Oxford Mindfulness Center this year.
