Sue currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and secretary of the board at EWM. She also is a member of various advisory committees and also has experience as a Vice President at a Fortune 500 Company, a Partner in a large international Law Firm, Business Law Professor, and a Chair of numerous Industry and Trade Association Committees. Sue has assisted in creating and changing laws in numerous countries, drafted international trade agreements and advised two presidential candidates on international trade matters. Sue was the first chair of the Travis County High Tech Committee, the first chair of the Austin Chamber of Commerce International Group, chair of the Austin In-House Counsel Group, and chair of the Semiconductor Industry Association's legal committee, environmental committee and the World Semiconductor Council. She was a co-founder of the International Business and Law Roundtable and International Business Law Council of Texas and a participant in the World Economic Forum and World Trade Organization meetings. Sue also was a host of the "Ask an Attorney" television show, has been on numerous boards and advisory committees and has been a college adjunct professor in law school, undergraduate school and MBA school in subjects including business law, ethics, lobbying, environmental law, corporate social responsibility, international trade and international business. Sue also has mentored others through various organizations including the University of Texas Women in the Law Center (the only center of its kind to serve as a national resource to convene leaders , generate ideas and lead change), Capital Factory (largest incubator-accelerator-investment facility in Texas and one of the largest in the U.S.), and others. Sue has authored over forty articles and has spoken at numerous groups, corporations and organizations. She has worked extensively with public-private partnerships and led the creation of the largest state incentive project. Sue also has been the member of many policy committees, including being a member of the IES Committee of U.S. National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, a participant at the World Economic Forum and others. Sue has been listed in "The Best Lawyers in America," Legal 500 publication and Chambers USA listing, and also received a Profile in Power Award from the Austin Business Journal.
