Lead communications team of EMC employees and systems integrators to develop and execute a communications strategy to replace current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support company’s major business transformation. Communications is a critical work stream to deliver this global three-year, multi-million-dollar project. Developed and currently executing against a comprehensive communications strategy via a detailed communications plan that maintains a “single voice” for the project, identifies key stakeholders, communicates to meet target audience needs, is based on project milestones and built around project “campaigns.” This project requires the ability to successfully work on a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global project team.
