Sonia Boal

Sonia is an Industrial Engineer, specializing in Energy from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Postgraduate in Industrial Organization and Political Science from UNED.

He has more than 35 years of experience, developing and implementing technological solutions for the improvement and optimization of industrial, commercial and administrative processes in various sectors. In May 2020, he created eSalud Plus for conducting COVID tests at home. Today this line is evolving towards the provision of digital and home health services.

She currently runs her company RODIO Laboratories, a generic pharmaceutical company, she is a consulting partner of Rodio Consulting and continues in Angola carrying out various business projects in Education and Health. His great passion is Education, for more than 25 years he has taught Strategy, Logistics, Purchasing, Internationalization, Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation and Big Data... in Business Schools and Universities in various countries (EOI, IE, IESE, ESIC, CEF, Nebrija, PUCMM, UTPL, MIT…). She is Professor of Business Creation at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), where she has created the UCM-ASPE Chair on Sustainable and Responsible Health.

She is a Mentor of High Power Women (EOI), of Entrepreneurs (URJC) and of the EYas Program of EY. She was distinguished with the "Businesswoman of the Year" award in 2010. She loves her land, Segovia, and actively participates in promoting its culture, art and gastronomy through the Centro Segoviano in Madrid, whose Board of Directors she belongs.
