Dr. Shirish Sundaresan’s research interests lie at the intersection of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. In particular, he is interested in understanding how knowledge flows across and within organizations and leads to technological innovation, new venture creation, and firm performance. Shirish’s work has been presented at the Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, and the Carnegie School of Organizational Learning, among others. Shirish currently teaches courses in the undergraduate program at the Robinson College of Business. He has also previously taught in the undergraduate and MBA programs at the University of North Carolina where he received the Latane Best Teaching Award.
