Shahnawaz leads the company's focus on ESG strategy and is responsible for partnering with both companies and investors building their ESG policies and practices. He brings over 13 years of experience within the asset management industry where he has held multiple roles across portfolio management, investment advisory, and ESG research. Having worked with institutional investors across Europe, Asia, and North America, he brings deep expertise in identifying ESG drivers of return and integrating them within the investment process. Shahnawaz holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
