Sebastian Allegretti

Sebastian is the founder and driving force behind soletti consulting GmbH. His credo is to design solution-oriented and practical workshops and training courses so that the participants can implement their topics directly. He develops completely new and individual training concepts to support companies even better within their change process and to empower managers and employees. The focus is on the customer's success. His great strength is motivating the whole team for the improvement process.

Before founding soletti consulting GmbH, he was successful as a LEAN consultant and trainer for 10 years with his ALLEGRETTI & PARTNER consulting.
