Teaching Philosophy

Based on my professional and academic experience in management, I believe that the best teaching approach for business management students is to create opportunities that foster their capacity to link theory to practice, to critically analyze the different scenarios and situations that may occur in organizations, and to be able to suggest innovative as well as creative ideas and actions that will contribute to shaping the future of workplaces and businesses. I believe also in the importance to develop a reciprocal relationship with the students, to encourage interactions and the development of an environment conducive to interactive learning, and fostering students’ motivation, innovation, as well as creativity, by the diversification of the learning methods.
