Rob Rabena joined the Cavaliers as a strength and conditioning coach in September 2012.

Rabena comes to Cabrini after stints at both colleges and private performance centers. He spent the 2011-12 academic year as the strength and conditioning coach for the Division II East Stroudsburg University baseball and softball teams.

He also spent a semester at Division I Villanova University, working with tennis, football, baseball, swimming and lacrosse student-athletes.

Rabena spent the summer of 2012 as a strength and conditioning intern at Hudson, Mass.’ Cressey Performance. He has also spent time as a personal trainer at Newtown Square’s Ellis Athletic Center and Motivation Fitness in Conshohocken, Pa.

Rabena graduated from Cabrini in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. He completed his master’s degree in Exercise science in August 2012 at East Stroudsburg.
