Professional Experience

• More than 20 years of experience, 15 of them leading PMOs, projects, programs and portfolios.
• Worked in more than 40 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America.
• Worked for multinational companies like Microsoft, Ericsson and Telefonica.
• Built up and lead Telefonica PMOs (Project Management Offices) in the Digital area.
• Led more than 100 projects in all phases, from RFI/RFP till launch, in the Telco, IT and Digital product development areas with Budgets up to 10M€, with Project teams up to 230 persons.

► Education

• MBA at IE Business School and MEng Industrial Engineering.
• Holder of the APM PMO practitioner, SIP (Strategy Implementation Professional), PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP and HCMBOK (Human Change Management) credentials.
• Native spanish speaker. English and Portuguese as working language.

• First time in Telefonica history that an inhouse developed gloCal product is deployed in all markets. (Head of Telefonica Digital Telco PMO)
• MVNO Swapout in record time. Just 6 months including HW procurement. (Senior Customer Project Manager Ericcson Mediterranean).
• Overstretched the Account target goals: Customer Satisfaction 125% over target. Key Deals 150% over target. Orders Book 121% over target. (Head of Multimedia Digicel Account).
• Deployment of a new greenfield operator in Spain (Yoigo) in a record time: 150 days. (Customer Project Manager Ericsson Iberia)
