Raymond van Es

Raymond van Es, MSc, MBA Co-founder www.fairzekering.nl & Chipin Trained in aerospace technology, Raymond van Es worked for five years in the aerospace industry and two years in the rubber industry. After graduating from his MBA at IMD in 1998 he started working for AEGON, a global insurance company, where he held various senior management positions in Sales and Marketing. In his last role Raymond was responsible for strategy development and innovation in the Netherlands. He was a board member at various start-up companies, AEGON has invested in, as part of their innovation approach. In 2014 he cofounded two award winning companies: www.fairzekering.nl, a company that offers car insurance with a premium depending on driving behavior and Chipin, a company that offers telematics technology. At these companies Raymond is responsible for Marketing, International Sales and algorithm development.
