Randy Fritz

Randy Fritz is an expert in Texas contract management policies and operations. The course he developed, Contract Management in Government, has consistently received high evaluation scores from the more than 600 state agency contract managers who have taken it.

Previously, he oversaw contract management activities for the Department of State Health Services as its Chief Operating Officer. He was also responsible for one of the state’s most significant outsourcing initiatives: the original eligibility and enrollment services contract for Medicaid and CHIP.
